It only takes 3 easy steps to setup this script
1, Open redirect.php3 and edit these 3 varibles
$SETUP[height] = How many pixels you want your frame to take up of the browser window
$SETUP[siteurl] = The Location to your sites main page
$SETUP[framelocation] = The Location to the page you want to display in your frame
2, Upload the script to your website
3, Now just link to the site you want by doing http://yoursite.com/redirect.php3?url=http://thesiteurl.com
NOTE: make sure you add the http:// on all the site urls you redirect to
