Не устанавливается Rotor v6.1 на ***

CHILI, найди в проекте строки типа

$table->addIndex('text', ['type' => 'fulltext']);
$table->addIndex('title', ['type' => 'fulltext']);
и удали их, там вроде в 2 или 3 файлах есть
