Just respect the tree of phpnuke
Change java2me.org with yoursite.org in the file index.wml
Put the .htaccess and index.wml in your wap directory/account
Activate the new module "Wap" from your phpnuke's Administration panel
Connect with a wap phone or wap emulator to yoursite.yourdomain/yourwapdirectory
