Upload all files from the archive on your hosting.
For files "core/system.cnf" and "core/subscribers.db" set permissions
allowing writing.
Go to the browser at http://your_site/script_folder/spanel.php (For example,
if you install the script on the site http://www.site.ru in folder sub, then
address will look like this: http://www.site.ru/sub/spanel.php)
Password access to the control panel by default: 12345
In Control Panel, select the "System Settings" and set
settings. The script is ready to use.
Users can subscribe and unsubscribe to these mailings on the index page at http://your_site/script_folder/index.php
